This policy lists the social media that the CSR Stakeholder Forum is currently making use of, what you can expect on each of them, and how we interact with
business and the public on these platforms.
Our use of social media is not intended as a direct means of contacting the CSR Stakeholder Forum. The contact details for the Secretariat of the CSR Stakeholder Forum is available here.

Responsibility for posting of tweets
The @csrhubirl account is managed by a sub-group of the CSR Stakeholder Forum. Tweets are posted by the members of this sub-group on behalf of the CSR Stakeholder Forum.

@Messages and Direct Messages
We welcome feedback from our followers and will try to join conversations where possible. However, we may not reply individually to all messages we receive via Twitter. The best means of communicating queries to the CSR Stakeholder Forum is via the contact details available here.
